Item Condition
Please see below to understand how we classify item conditions:
- New: The product is new and has never been sold to a customer and will be sold in like-new condition from the factory.
- Display: The product has never been sold to a customer. The product may have been on display at our retail location, meaning customers may freely handle the item if requested. The product may have finger prints, blemishes, or small cosmetic handling marks.
- Open Box: The product may have been sold to a customer and was returned.
- Please note: we test all items when returned and will not resell an item if the customer or our staff deems it to be defective.
- Used: The product is in used condition and is offered without warranty.

Limitation of Liability

When you purchase an item from Penn Armory, you release Penn Armory and any or all of their employees of any liability regarding your actions concerning the sale, use, ownership and shipping of any products ordered.
