Shipping, Delivery, and Order Cancellations
Our goal is to ship all orders within 3-5 business days after it is placed. Please note, that seasonal or industry demand may cause this time to drift slightly. We will not ship restricted items (high capacity magazines, off-roster firearms) to states which do not permit ownership.
If for some reason an item is not available, we will contact you directly to provide a prompt refund or credit, or to make arrangements for future delivery (backorder). Orders may be cancelled prior to being processed for shipping.
Please note that serialized items may take longer to ship due to extra processing required. Serialized firearms may take 3-7 days, where NFA items could take 7-14 days (if purchasing a suppressor, we will immediately provide you with your allocated serial number so that you can start your Form 4 prior to shipping).

Any order placed on our website that is over $500 will require a signature when being delivered.
